Just a few blocks from the highly visited University Village. Close to UW campus but still far enough away for it to feel peaceful. Property feels private nestled up on a hill. Does require steps to get to the front door.

It's been perfect for my 1 month stay
Has been a great, comfortable place to stay. Quiet house, typically quiet street. Common areas are kept clean. Other housemates are respectful. I greatly appreciate the free Keurig coffee and free laundry access, has been very convenient! Have to get street permit for parking but usually not an issue finding a spot. Thanks to Julia for accommodating, she has been a great host!
