Nice, comfortable place in Miami

I stayed here for about a month, and I had a very comfortable experience. The location provided easy access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the hot Miami summer. Having access to a washer also made a long-term stay much more convenient. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical place for a longer stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Miami for work, study, or a clinical rotation.

Very accomodating and nice

Mrs. Filtador was a very nice and accomodating host, and strived to keep the place clean, accessible, and accomodating for guests. As a medical student I required a desk and place to study as well as personal space and privacy, and she was willing to get a desk for me to study at before move-in and was accomodating to my schedule as a student and to my needs of a private study space. She is a very nice and welcoming individual, and is a great host. The property is very clean and accessible, and all utilities are well-maintained and up to par.
