Great ADU in quiet neighborhood near the airport

I stayed in this ADU for eight weeks, from June through August 2026, while on a summer assignment near the airport. I was the first tenant, and the experience was excellent. Everything was new, worked well, and matched the online photos. The interior was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and cozy. Utilities and Wi-Fi were included, which was convenient for a short-term stay and eliminated the hassle of setting up all the services. The owners were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The ADU has convenient, direct, and private access from the driveway, along with its own street address, so deliveries were never confusing. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the property is just a short drive from the airport, grocery stores, and other services. It also offers reasonable access to buses and walkable destinations if needed. I had no complaints and would gladly stay here again if I return to the Long Beach area.
