I do my best to maintain everything in perfect working order. currently has swamp cooler for air conditioning. ranch style home so no stairs, Garage is totally mine so no parking in garage and is used to keep tools and equipment for upkeep of home.

while renting only the Master bdrm you will have access at any time to rest of home minus the two other bdrms. your room door will have your own key and lock. storage of items kept to the room itself. everything is paid for including Wi-Fi, also you never have to worry about running out of hot water. Ask only that the common areas are kept clean at all times with no personal items.
