Guest Suite in Long Island

AVOID THIS PLACE

The pictures of the "guest suite" look very nice but they do not paint the true picture. FRONT GATE-full of dirt and mildew and so is the front door ENTRANCE- weeds, litter, glass panels in the corner, a few feet from the front door WINDOWS on kitchen door -so dirty, can barely see through them KITCHEN ENTRYWAY- filthy tiles with old boards covering a vent KITCHEN FLOOR-filthy, with black stains FEW kitchen essentials haphazardly thrown in cabinets and drawers - no ice cube trays or can opener REFRIG & FREEZER caked with frost SHOWER - temp hot, or less hot SHEETS - rolled up and thrown in dresser drawers DRAWERS under small bed - filthy My cousin loaned me sheets, comforter, towels, throw rug for bathroom, dish towels ANT BAIT throughout does not deter the many ants , even on the filthy couch Definitely not worth $2500! Don't let the pictures fool you.
