The house is a duplex on a few wooded acres and the owners are a quiet couple who live in the unit next door. Each unit has a separate entrance. Shared access to the backyard and grill.

The $45 application fee for credit/background check will be discounted from the first month's rent for approved tenants. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with an additional one-time fee of $200 to cover the extra cleaning cost.
