Good except deposit
Jeff was a great landlord and the place was very unique and cozy. There were a few things that was upsetting when it came to getting my deposit back. I left the place in good condition with minor stains on 2 comforters and water damage on a nightstand, all of whixh i pointed out. I simply tried washing a comforter and the dryer left a burn stain on the corner, it wasnt very noticeable unless you were to know it was there but was charged $164 to replace it. He also said I damaged two roller shades and charged 20 bucks to replace them when all I had done was simply try to use them and they would not roll up correctly because they were cheaply made yet I had to pay to replace them. Other then that I had a good experience with this home. Its location is close to downtown and lots of local shops.
