Perfect Stay for a Travel Nurse

I really enjoyed my stay at Ray's place! Ray was welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond. You can tell he genuinely cares about his property and making sure his tenants are comfortable. The University Heights location was perfect for me as a travel nurse. It's central, safe, close to hospitals and the highway, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and parks nearby. Street parking was also never an issue. The studio was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and very private. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, Wi-Fi was reliable, and the shades were great for sleeping during the day. Having the studio cleaned every other week was a huge plus. The views are also a major highlight! There is some highway noise, but I honestly found it more like white noise, and it never bothered me. Overall, I felt very at home here and would absolutely stay with Ray again if I'm ever back in San Diego!
