Serene 1-BR High-End Apartment with Private Balcony, Orchard Views, and Gated Setting Near Nature & Local Hotspots

I stayed while fulfilling a 6-wk clinical rotation in the area. I found this to be the most affordable and convenient place for my stay, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how lucky I was to find this place. Lisa and Ponce, who lives on the property, were both so welcoming from the get go and always making sure that my stay was convenient. They were so accommodating, making sure I had everything. The area has basics (ie. Albertsons, CVS) and I found myself not needing to leave town for anything besides for going out for dinner or shopping. They are very receptive about suggestions/needs. The area is very safe and quiet, allowing me to do work/study with ease. The kitchen has gorgeous views, especially facing the sunrise every morning. Whether you are staying for a short period or for a long term job/rotation, I would not hesitate to recommend this gorgeous property to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you, Ponce and Lisa!!!
