Good Spot

Kristin is an amazing landlord. She took over ownership of the property a week into my stay (as the previous owner was trying to sell unbeknownst to me) and has always been communicative and prompt to deal with any issues. The space has good amenities and is in a pretty central location. It isn't far from any of the hospitals in the area or at least any of the major ones. It's pretty quiet but some things can be heard downstairs at times. Would stay again.
