Beautiful location

I really enjoyed my stay here! The landlord was great and always very responsive whenever I had a question or needed something. They were also very willing to take care of things that needed fixing, which made the whole experience really easy and stress free. The location felt safe! It's got some good places to eat and coffee shops nearby that my roommate and i would walk to. I loved the cozy feel of the living spaces and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Modern & very comfortable!

We really were so happy with our stay. Everything in the apartment was brand new, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed for any level of cooking. There were starter cleaning supplies, laudry/dish soap/trash bags. The apartment is a few minutes from downtown Monterey in a quiet cul-de-sac. Michele was a wonderful host, always responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend it and would easily stay here again.
