Modern Furnished Duplex Near Emory, Downtown & BeltLine

Great place to stay!

Came to Atlanta for a little over two months while I was doing some work for the Emory library, Denard's place saved me from overpaying for an unufurnished apartment with a short lease. The apartment looks just like the pictures, clean, taken care of, and Denard was always only a text message away if I needed any help. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay near Emory University. The property is fully furnished and Denard even provided me with sheets and towels which was very nice of him.

Great Landlord

Although a short period, Denard has been great during the remaining of my stay through the transition of switching landlords. He bought the property from the previous landlord and has had great communication and provided help through a few hiccups with the transition. Super friendly and kind! Checks in and makes sure I don't need anything. Would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed the area with plenty of places walking distance that I liked. Just close enough to Decatur and downtown Atlanta.
