My home is clean and organized with a well groomed yard. There is a lot of comfortable outdoor space. There is always a refreshing canyon breeze which comes from the ocean. The decoder is a mix of old and new. Some of my previous renters refer to my home as "The Cottage." The sunsets are beautiful.
Space
The home fits 3 people comfortably. I use the master bed/bath so the other bath is usually shared by two people. I rent to only women because it has been my observation that women prefer to share a bathroom with another female rather than a male. This works out well for International students, especially Middle Eastern countries, because it is more accommodating to their culture.
Neighborhood overview
I am close to the bus stop!. (Bus 41 to UCSD, La Jolla, Old Town, and Downtown language schools). I am near all the shopping and eateries at Balboa and Genesee. This is a safe, quiet family neighborhood. People exercise and walk their dogs. People are friendly. My home is on the canyon rim and the view is beautiful from the bedroom windows.
