Fully furnished, just bring clothes and necessities. 5 minutes to town, 10 minutes to hospital driving, close to beautiful beaches.
Space
Perfect for a single individual or couple who will share a car. Small animals under 20 lbs are okay. $200 electricity credit. Anything over $200 will be tenant responsibility. Water is a discussion because we use cisterns in the VI.

The property is tucked away off the main road to town, there are two buildings on the property with a mixture of owners and tenants. Its overall quiet and safe. The property overlooks town and harbor. There is a garbage to dispose of trash on the way down the hill. Safe to walk and is 10-15 minutes from town.
