Beautiful Basement Apartment in Desirable Neighborhood, 2 bedroom 1 bath with 1 garage space

Amazing, clean, and we felt like family!

Our family lived here for nearly two months while my wife recovered from a liver transplant at the University of Utah, and I can't say enough good things about this place and about Dot and Jeff. The basement apartment was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable, and quiet, with new carpet, paint, and a private entrance. The covered patio became our favorite spot to decompress after long hospital days. But what made this stay special wasn't the apartment - it was Dot and Jeff. They treated us like family from day one, shared produce from their garden, and genuinely cared how we were doing through a hard chapter. Two months away from home felt a lot less hard because of them. If you're facing a medical stay in the Salt Lake City area, or just want a place run by people with real heart, I can't recommend this property - and Dot and Jeff - enough.
