Bad experience - moved out early
Steph was all over the place with managing this property. First he sent us all of his previous tenant's personal information on her former lease. Social security number, drivers license number, full name, etc. We had numerous problems at this property. The final was withholding $400 of the $1200 deposit and his response was I see this lease as closed, have a nice day. We've been traveling health care professionals for 6 years and never had disturbing stays like this one. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this landlord.
