Newly renovated self contained basement apartment located in the heart of downtown Silver Spring

Great stay and convenient location

I had a great stay here during my hospital rotation in DC. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and completely move-in ready. All the furniture, appliances, and cooking equipment I needed were already provided, so settling in was very easy. The landlord was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, and any requests I had were taken care of promptly. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Red Line Metro and nearby bus stops, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown Silver Spring. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area.
