BRAND NEW FULL FLOOR 1bdr/1bth near Jefferson Park

Great apartment!!

I had a wonderful stay in this brand new full-floor 1bdr/1bth in the heart of Central Philadelphia. The apartment was beautifully renovated and fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, spotless, and brand new, while the in-unit refrigerator and high-speed Fios WiFi made daily living very convenient. One of my favorite features was the private backyard. The townhouse is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, yet it's close to Philadelphia's most iconic attractions, including the Liberty Bell, Rittenhouse Square, and Queen Village. Historic Jefferson Park is just one block away, and a free outdoor summer swimming pool is within walking distance. This apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!

Great apartment and location!

I stayed in this brand-new full-floor apartment in Central Philadelphia for over a month and had an excellent experience. The unit was impeccably clean, and everything was brand new. One of my favorite parts of the neighborhood was Jefferson Park, where I spent much of my free time reading and relaxing. City Hall and Rittenhouse Square were just 10–15 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the convenient street parking and was almost always able to find a spot on the same block.
