This custom built house (in 2019) is on the banks of the McKenzie River, with easy walking distance of Riverbend Hospital and LTD bus lines. It is a private space at the end of a dead-end road and is safely nestled behind the main (landlord) house. You will see deer, turkeys, osprey and sometimes even bald eagles from this peaceful setting - especially from the second floor master bedroom.
