Very nice home in Seattle suburbs. Single room in a house with 2 full bathrooms. We are 1/2 mile away from bus stop and 1 mile from the light rail. I have a big yard with a friendly dog and 1 person living in the home. There are 2 brick patios. The kitchen and eating space is big. There is a room outside of the designated room with a chair and a table. Smoking only outside.
