New Furnished Apartment Near UT

Great Location!

Spacious and cozy place in a great neighborhood. It's a walkable area and close to restaurants and parks. Bedroom and bathroom are a great size and you can tell the owners didn't just choose the cheapest option when building. Owners live in the front house and are very nice! They were very helpful with local recommendations and answered any questions promptly. They're close and available when needed, but very much not in your space and extremely respectful. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again, especially for a longer term.

A Perfect Home Away From Home

I have truly had an amazing experience staying in this apartment. It is beautiful, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the perfect size for one person. The natural lighting is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and everything feels clean, modern, and well maintained. The apartment has everything I could need, including a gas stove, full size refrigerator with filtered water and ice, washer and dryer, TV, soundbar, and a fully stocked kitchen. Every appliance and amenity has worked perfectly. Sabrina and Joe have been incredible hosts. They are kind, welcoming, responsive, and have treated me like family. They always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I honestly wish I could bring this apartment with me wherever I go. I am genuinely sad to leave and could not recommend this apartment or Sabrina and Joe more highly. Anyone who stays here will be in excellent hands!
