Very Affordable, Semi-Private, Nice neighborhood & Landlord

I stayed here for 3-months. The house is very big & I loved that it had all the amenities, including a washer dryer & a nice sized closet. It is also located in a safe & secluded neighborhood with access to the beautiful BTO trail & fairly creek just around the corner. The desirable schedule provided privacy & quiet during the week. Tamera was also a kind landlord, very easy to communicate & get along with. During the 1-2 weekend days that her grandkids were here, they spent a lot of time playing outside & were mindful of being quiet at night. Compared to other shared options in the area, the rent is very reasonable for all that you get!
