Absolutely the most beautifully done space I have ever seen. All new, great decor. Peaceful and Zen. This spot has everything one needs. And the landlords are the most spectacular, talented folks you will ever encounter. They are truly kind souls

The Perfect Apartment

I was so lucky to be Shelly and Steve's first tenant at the Oasis, and it could not have a been a more perfect experience. The backyard is just as beautiful as the photos show - I jumped in the pool nearly every day after work. The pics of the apt. are entirely true to life, and everything was fully functional and surprisingly spacious. Folsom Lake is only a 10 min. walk away on trails directly to the shoreline. This area feels so different than Folsom; full of trees, water, and deer; and the weekday commute is under 20 min, w/ traffic. And Shelly and Steve are kind, genuine, and all-around wonderful people. They are very communicative, and will work to make your stay comfortable - to your liking. I was a bit lonely, and they took me under their wing, having me over for pottery nights and dinner. But on the weeks when I was busy, they were never oppressive. I always felt that my space was truly private. As landlords, they are responsive, respectful, and by far the best I've ever had.
