Room is furnished with a bed, side tables, and an empty bookcase to store additional items. The room comes with a large sized closet and large window. The bathroom is mostly private. I may have guests once to two times per year. Utilities are included. There is also a reserved parking space in the driveway. The washer and dryer are onsite and available for use along with the kitchen.
