I highly recommend it. Its quiet, peaceful, safe and close to the medical area, The property is meticulously maintained It has AC that works very well and a washer / dryer. It has hard flooring, and a balcony. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Each Bdrm is separated by living space in the middle. Both have ceiling fans, are huge and could accommodate wheelchairs easily. The beds are comfy with pillow top mattresses. The covered balcony faces west, providing cool mornings and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with cooking needs plus more. It has a Bar top separating it from the Dinette, making it easy to serve or clean up. The living room has a 55 " tv and access to the balcony. The Workspace has dual monitors and nicely set up for Remote working. The Owners: Christopher and Binh. I guess I saved the best for last. They want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their response is quick and kind. It feels comfortable, like an extension of my own home.
