Perfect Quiet Stay in Oceanside with an Amazing Host

I had a great stay at this Oceanside studio. It was incredibly quiet, the A/C was nice and cold, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, making it a perfect space for someone working from home or needing a short-term stay. The backyard and fruit trees were a great bonus and smelled amazing! Jason was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Coordinating everything by phone made me a little nervous at first when sending payment, but immediately afterward I received an email with all the instructions and property access information. Everything was professional and seamless. I also noticed there wasn't a washer/dryer when I arrived. It turned out the previous one had broken, and Jason had a brand-new set installed right after I moved in without me even having to ask. Excellent service and a great experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Stay in a Convenient Location

We had a great experience staying here for two months. The landlord was extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The apartment was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and felt much more like a home than a typical short-term rental. The location was especially convenient for Oceanside and Camp Pendleton, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the surrounding area. We also felt the price was very reasonable, particularly given the quality of the apartment and the location. Overall, this was an excellent option for an extended stay, and we would gladly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Oceanside.
