There is no way i could explain my appreciation for this landlord and the space provided. Landlord is beyond kind and courteous. The house is beautiful, in a great neighborhood with anything you could possibly need very close by. All delivery services worked for me without a single inconvenience. The room itself is set up perfectly as a little studio with a big personal bathroom right across the hall. Highly recommend anybody in the area looking, this room is exactly what you're looking for at a very fair price.
