This property is located in a quiet neighborhood directly on the marina. My unit faces the harbor and from the deck you can watch fireworks or see boats sail by. There are several small private picnic areas with grills and plenty of docks where people love to fish. The area is very pet-friendly and many of my neighbors own dogs.
