A safe, quite property with approximately 20 people (including a few kids and a few dogs), there are about 10 steps from the street to the unit. The property has gated garage parking (quite valuable in L.A.) and a laundry room which runs 5 bucks total for wash and dry.

A facilities team cleans the property weekly and the building is safe and secure - I've never had an Amazon package or piece of mail go missing.
