Studio space w/full bed plus separate room (was large office) with twin bed and lots of built-in cabinetry/bookshelves/storage. Was our art studio; all in excellent/new/clean condition. Covered balcony off liv space, lots of charm that looks out to beautiful surrounds. Both beds new; double bed arriving Friday and will be in space just off bathroom.

One of the most desirable Issaquah neighborhoods, Sycamore is located at the south end of charming downtown, just two miles south of I-90, beautifully set between Squak and Tiger Mt. Hiking trails are literally out the front door, along with all the charm and amenities Issaquah offers; Issaquah Creek, Gilman Village shopping, Fish Hatchery, excellent restaurants, and shopping. It's all close by.
