This is a condo building and my unit is on the uplifted, 1st floor. There is a gym, pool and hot tub. There is a nice desk area as well.
The building has about 16 floors and has elevators to each floor. Since my unit is on the 1st floor, you do not need to take the elevator every time. The building is well kept and there is a property manager on site M-F 9am-5pm.
