ADU across from Park

great place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Mark's ADU. The unit itself was very cute and cozy, with plenty of storage for food, clothes, etc. As a student, I especially loved the areas for studying in the living room and patio! Mark was a great landlord - he was friendly, welcoming, and very quick to respond whenever I needed something. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, which was very important to me as a young woman traveling alone. 10/10 would recommend!

Summer Rental for Internship

Mark, the landlord, was very accommodating & welcoming to his ADU built in the front portion of his house. This listing is perfect for a person commuting to Rohnert Park, which is what I did this summer. The drive was about 10-15mins depending on traffic. Mark conditioned this space fully furnished to have a full kitchen, nice little living area, bedroom space, & own full restroom . If the mini fridge is of concern of you, do not worry because there's a full fridge in the front porch. He has a small little washer on the front porch too for small loads but also allows you to use his washer & drier that's in his garage. There's a very spacious shed for you that is stocked with bikes, outdoor equipment, etc. Parking isn't an issue because there's plentiful street parking due to the small park across the street. Mark is so easy to talk to in the case of any questions or concerns. He's very attentive & always looking for feedback on how to improve your stay. I would 100% recommend his place

Perfect Place to Stay

Staying here was such a wonderful home away from home! The layout and deck are stunning and felt cozy. The host, Mark, was so kind and super welcoming. He checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed and was always happy to recommend fun activities in Santa Rosa, since I was new to the area. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and centrally located. It's right off the freeway, so you don't have to navigate a bunch of side streets to get where you want to go. I can't recommend this place enough!
