We have the whole third floor with two huge bedrooms and a separate, zoned, workspace, shared giant kitchen, living-dining rooms, bath and storage to the moon. Third floor treehouse with lots of stairs. Old house with 9' ceilings, built inside, moldings, enormous walk in closets and shelving.
I can remove furniture if you have your own.
