Excellent All Around

The landlord, Mrs. Burns, was very accommodating and easy to work with. She and her husband live in the front house and are very, very nice. The apartment unit is in the back yard above the garage and is spacious and immaculate. Tasteful and simply designed, with plenty of natural light from all sides. There is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment. This Bixby Knolls neighborhood is close to a school with plenty of lovely streets to walk in the area..There are good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The CVS drugstore is less than mile away. Trader Joe's is close by as well. Polly's Pies and Black Bear Diner, as well as Costco are less than 15 minutes away. We stayed for a month and a half and would have stayed longer if we could. We would definitely lease again from Mrs Burns. I highly recommend her and her unit.
