4 Bedroom in Trendy & Convenient 12 South

Great location! Great landlord!

My husband and I stayed here for about a month while transitioning into our new home and overall had a good experience! The location was great and made it really easy to get around Nashville. It was close to 12 South but not too close to the point of being annoying. We had a parking spot and there was also on street parking that was almost always available. Megan, the property manager, was great! She was very responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions or issues that came up during our stay. One of my only qualms with the place was the lack of kitchen utensils. For example, there was only one teeny tiny cutting board and a very old cookie sheet. So, it was difficult to cook meals at the house. We also found that the king bed was quite uncomfortable, but we purchased a mattress cover and that got us through the month. Overall, would recommend this place for your long or short term stay!
