The best way to market your monthly rental is with your Furnished Finder listing. Your property details page is where tenants learn all about your property, amenities, availability, and details. It was time for a refresh of this page! We are rolling out a completely redesigned property details page with showcasing your property as the top priority. Your Furnished Finder listing will show your property in a more modern format and give you the chance to market your property in a way that is meant to appeal to tenants and encourage connections through platform messaging, texting, or a phone call. Increasing tenant demand
We heard you want increased bookings! More types of travelers than ever before are using monthly rentals. From the traditional traveling medical professional to academics, interns, corporate travelers, relocating or displaced families, snowbirds and other traveler types, monthly rentals are booming in popularity. We are investing heavily into marketing to ensure that these tenants are coming to Furnished Finder to find their next 30-day plus stay. Our approach includes expanding tenant agency partnerships, more sophisticated search engine optimization, and modern paid campaigns designed to meet tenants where they search with content they trust. We know our number one responsibility is to send you high quality tenants. We are working to ensure that we exceed your expectations.

The first eight months of my tenure at Furnished Finder have included countless conversations with monthly rental hosts (some of which have been guests on our Podcast (opens in new tab)). We’ve also sent surveys and traveled to conferences to meet and get to know monthly rental hosts. From this, I’ve learned things that are incredibly insightful as we move Furnished Finder into its next phase. Some of the most interesting and surprising facts I have discovered may also help you with your business. Allow me to share -
Myth: Our travelers are mostly travel nurses.
Fact: Our largest traveler audience is actually corporate travelers. While the demand for monthly rentals from travel nurses is our second largest tenant type, the demand from other groups (including corporate travelers) is growing significantly faster.
Why this matters for you: Do you love renting to traveling medical professionals? Wonderful. We have hundreds of thousands of them searching the site for their next home. Is your property not as well suited for medical professionals? Perhaps it’s larger, or not located near a hospital or medical center? The good news for you is our platform is no longer “medical-only” and is being used by diverse groups of travelers. No matter what tenant type your property is best suited for, they are searching on Furnished Finder for their next rental.

Fact: On Furnished Finder, there are multiple ways for travelers and landlords to connect. Travelers can reach out to property owners via booking request, direct message, text or call, and email.
Why this matters for you: monthly rentals are about relationships, and we know that those start from the very first contact. Make sure that your phone number is included in your listing and check your messages often.
