It is also easy to see what facilities are near your property to help travelers make a quick choice if they are interested in learning more. Make sure your photos are high-resolution, bright, clean, and show off your property well. If you want to update your photos, you can do so on your landlord dashboard. Remember that travelers are looking on Furnished Finder, not Airbnb or Vrbo, because they are looking for a place to live, not vacation. Amenities are critical in their decision to consider booking a property. Everything from rental terms and parking availability to king size beds and pet friendliness is more prominently featured to make the traveler’s decision to book your property even easier. To avoid confusion about whether you have a certain amenity, fill out every option comprehensively. Our travelers know what they are looking for!
Pro tip: Travelers are able to filter their search by key amenities like pet friendliness and free parking. Make sure to have all of your amenities complete in your listing editor to ensure your property will show in search results when travelers use these filters.

The new listing display emphasizes details about you as a landlord that matter to the traveler: how long you have been on Furnished Finder, if you accept credit cards via KeyCheck, how you screen tenants, how many bookings you have had with Furnished Finder, and reviews from previous tenants. All these details help inform the traveler’s decision to book your property, so make sure you take advantage of the services available to you, including KeyCheck products and Damage Protection Plan. We want to show you off to travelers. Also, encourage past tenants of yours to leave you reviews. Listings with more reviews get more bookings!
This is just the beginning of improvements to our platform. Our best piece of advice is to use these improvements to your advantage by making your listing as comprehensive as possible, including all amenities and features that will make you stand out among other properties. High-quality photos go a very long way, so make sure to include those as well.
